A Storm Is Coming

This is an impromptu post, but the LORD put it on my heart this morning to post this, and post it quickly. God often speaks to me through dreams, and this morning I had the clearest dream that I’ve had in a long time: a storm is coming.
This storm is unlike anything we’ve ever seen. It is coming quickly, and many will be caught in the storm because they are unprepared. Prominent ministries like Truthunedited, Joshua Giles, William McDowell, and Dean Odle have been sounding the alarm for a while, but too many people have a business-as-usual mindset. This parallels Jeremiah (God has me reading this book right now, which isn’t a coincidence), who was ignored until Babylon came and took Judah captive. We do not have as much time as you think we do, as things are about to get bad.
America is about to be hit harder than it has ever been hit before. I’m not sure of the specific details, but I am talking about chaos along the lines of the power grid going down, internet down, phone services down, airplane communication down, the economy in shambles, chaos in the streets, enemy nations attacking, supplies being scarce, etc.
I believe that power and/or internet going down will be the triggering event (i.e. Russian EMPS shut us down), and that the chaos will get worse from there. I plan on talking to friends and family ASAP, though I do not expect many to wake up until the chaos starts. I then plan on sending this article out en masse (alongside the End Times Reminders article) when the chaos begins.

How To Prepare
What I expect is that many will see this in the beginning stages of the chaos. The sad truth is that these messages aren’t as effective until it is too late. My prayer is that this isn’t a Flood of Noah scenario, where those who are unprepared perish immediately. There are still ways to prepare, even if you are caught off guard by the chaos.

PRAY FOR INSTRUCTIONS AND GET RIGHT WITH GOD
The FIRST thing you should do is pray without ceasing. God has been putting it on my heart to pray and intercede for this nation, often waking me up at 4 AM to do so. You should begin to do the same thing, praying fervently and sincerely. My prayer is that He relents from some of the disaster, just as He did in Amos 7. God has also had me praying for ways to prepare for what is coming, while avoiding acting out of fear. You should be doing the same, as the instructions for your family may be different from mine.
Moreover, the time for messing around is also over. You MUST get right with God, or you will perish. Backsliding and lukewarmness are unacceptable; it is time to WAKE UP. Start reading your Bibles (physical copy) and train yourself to be able to pray for hours. You’ll have ample time to do this, especially when communication systems go down. And if you are a friend or family member that I’ve sent this to, I am more than willing to pray with you and talk in person.

PLAN WITH YOUR FAMILY AND LIVE BY FAITH
After seeking guidance from God, your family must set a plan in motion. If phones go down, you need an emergency plan in place. I pray that your family is together when the chaos happens, but there will inevitably be people who are scattered. Radio walkie-talkies are good practice, and so is establishing a common family meeting place. For those who may be in college, pray that God gives you wisdom on how to reach each other. Keeping a full tank of gas is especially good practice, especially if you need to reach someone who is 3 hours away in college.
For those who are further away, you are going to definitely need supernatural help (i.e. you have to drive from Florida to reach someone who is in California, then possibly drive back). There is no guarantee that gas stations will still be running, let alone that the ones that don’t go down still have gas. Air travel will also not be reliable, especially if we see something worse than what happened to our flights on July 19.
However, Habakkuk makes it clear that the just shall live by faith (Habakkuk 2:4), which is what you MUST do in these days. You are going to have to lean on your faith and relationship with God more than ever. If you cannot reach a hospital, you’re going to have to lay hands on the sick and walk by faith that God will heal them (James 5:14-15). If the Spirit tells you “do not get on that airplane” or “do not leave the house until I tell you”, you MUST listen (Matthew 2:12-13). You may need God to stretch the food and water you have, or provide for you, if resources become scarce (1 Kings 17:13-16).
This may sound far-fetched, but it is how people lived in the Bible (which is why I provided Bible references for the things I said above). The Church in America has become accustomed to living in luxury, now God is bringing us to our knees and testing us. We MUST walk by faith, and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7).

GATHER SUPPLIES TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITIES
The last thing I will cover is supplies. We saw through the 2020 COVID pandemic how quickly supplies can go off the shelves. When the chaos happens, people panic and clean off store shelves. My prayer is that this does not happen to you, and that you are able to get some of the things you need. Some of these supplies include:
- bottled water
- flashlights
- batteries
- radios and walkie-talkies
- toiletries
- non-perishable food (i.e. soup, crackers, etc.)
- blankets to keep warm
- manual can openers
These things, alongside a family meeting spot and a full tank of gas (store extra if you can), are ideal to have. However, I recognize that these things won’t be easily accessible when the chaos begins. This is why you NEED to have a relationship with God and be guided by His Holy Spirit. I believe He can perform miracles and make supplies stretch for those who have faith. I once again emphasize that we NEED faith.

Conclusion: Do You Have Faith?
My closing question to you is do you have faith?
Do you have enough faith to lean fully on God when times get tough? Do you truly believe that God will never leave you, nor forsake you? Do you trust in Him to keep you and watch over you?
The times will get tough, but we MUST endure to the end. Satan will be allowed to plunge the world into chaos, but Jesus will return and put an end to it. As believers, we MUST stay rooted in the Word and know that our redemption and promises are near. So do not panic, and trust in God through the chaos and coming tribulation.
Thank you for reading, and always remember to stay vigilant!
